Yoga postures (Asanas), Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskaara), Breathing techniques (Pranayama) and Meditation (Breath, OM, Cyclic Meditation. Suggested Donation 50 – 80 New Zealand Dollars (not mandatory) for 10 sessions of 90 minutes each. This helps us pay for our ongoing costs such as zoom subscriptions and web site upkeep/maintenance
